Dagupan City Under Water

Deep floodwaters have submerged major streets, business districts, and residential neighborhoods across Dagupan City following days of non-stop monsoon rains. Water levels continue to rise in low-lying areas, turning roads into impassable waterways and forcing commuters to wade through knee-to-waist-deep water. Vehicles are stranded, shops are flooded, and everyday life across the city has come to a complete standstill as floodwaters show no signs of receding.
